  • Learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
  • Gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and empower a Lean Portfolio.
  • Become a change agent and a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) to support and guide the company towards the successful implementation of a SAFe® Lean-Agile transformation.
  • The first two days of the course—Leading SAFe®— will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to leaders. The final two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in the enterprise.

Prerequisites

No prerequisite

All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation can take this course, regardless of your experience. However, the following prerequisites are strongly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 certification exam and pursue this role :

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
  • More than 3 years of experience in Agility
  • One or more relevant Agility certifications

  • Evaluation of the training via interactive questionnaires during the
  • training to verify the acquisition of knowledge

Included in the training

  • Course materials in French or English and practical exercises.
  • Preparation and eligibility for the SAFe® 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC) exam
  • One-year membership to the SAFe Studio community platform
  • Certificate of course attendance attestation.
  • Participants must attend the entire training to be
  • eligible for the exam.

Certification training

At the end of the training, candidates will receive a link to the SAFe Studio platform and will be able to take the exam. The first test is included in the training within 30 days. Each new test will then cost $250, payable directly on the SAFe Studio platform. Following successful completion of the exam, the candidate receives their certification which is valid for 1 year.   • Exam format : Multiple choice questionnaire (MCQ)
  • Method: Via browser
  • Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes)
  • Number of questions: 60
  • Score to obtain : 48/60 (80%)
  • Language: Exam in French or English.

At the end of the exam, you receive your results immediately.
