The training will take place from May 19 to May 22 2025, and will last for 4 half-days.
During this advanced course, you will understand the role of the Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training, which focuses on the fundamentals of Scrum at the team level, the SAFe® Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Planning Interval (PI), the primary catalyst for alignment at all levels of a SAFe® organization.
