The training will take place from November 17 to November 21, 2025, and will last for 5 half-days.
During this advanced course, you will gain the practical tools and techniques needed to implement Lean portfolio management functions of investment strategy and finance, Agile portfolio operations, and Lean governance. You will have the ability to capture the current and future state of the portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and identify important business initiatives to achieve goals.
You’ll be able to establish portfolio flow with the Portfolio Kanban and prioritize initiatives for maximum economic benefit. The training also provides information on how to establish Lean value stream budgets and budget guardrails and measure Lean portfolio performance.
