Implementing SAFe ® 6.0 (SPC 6.0) training
Discover the Implementing SAFe 6 training with SPC6 certification. It will prepare you to lead your agile transformation as a SAFe Agile Coach SPC. This training, based on the SAFe framework (business agility framework), will enable you to adopt Lean-Agile practices within your organization. Thanks to the feedback from practitioners and numerous SAFe Lean-Agile transformations, SAFe has been developed to meet the needs of today’s businesses.
Duration and content of the training.
The training will take place from April 22 to April 30, 2024, and will last for 7 half-days During this course, you will learn to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. Firstly, by using the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). Secondly, by developing key skills of Lean enterprise. Finally, you will gain knowledge on launching Agile Release Trains (ART), creating a continuous delivery pipeline with DevOps culture, and deploying Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
The first two days of the course, titled Leading SAFe®, will primarily provide you with the basics to teach SAFe in your organization. The last two days, Implementing SAFe with SPC, will focus exclusively on the necessary steps to successfully implement the SAFe framework in your organization.
