Firstly\, by using the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). Secondly\, by developing key skills of Lean enterprise. Finally\, you will gain knowledge on launching Agile Release Trains (ART)\, creating a continuous delivery pipeline with DevOps culture\, and deploying Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). \nThe first two days of the course\, titled Leading SAFe®\, will primarily provide you with the basics to teach SAFe in your organization.
